Tom Anderson: Product Manager, Specialty Products

Tom Anderson began his career at CWP as an operations supervisor 30 years ago. During his first 15 years with the company, his responsibilities increased with educational advancement and a wide variety of operational experiences. In 1988, he assumed a leadership role for quality and manufacturing management, exploiting years of both product and process knowledge. After 1994, his responsibilities were focused on managing process and product development. For these last several years, he has led been involved in all aspects of new product/market initiatives.
