Brian Grabowski: Product Manager, Heated Solutions

Brian Grabowski has been at CWP for 9 years. He worked for a brief time with PCC Airfoils at the start of his career in materials and quality, but joined CWP soon thereafter. His first leadership role was as Quality Manager, followed by the responsibility for the 1995 integration of fabric cutting and sewing operations. Since that time, he has remained responsible for its operation, where large scale productivity breakthroughs have occurred. In addition, he has been involved over the ensuing years with new product developments, including a consumer sporting goods product and a specialty application brush. For the last two years, he has led all new product development efforts outside of the Floorcare business, including the effort to develop a family of commercial products from combining novel heating elements and CWP industrial sewing.
