Wayne Kelly: Operations Manager

Wayne Kelly has over 30 years experience in manufacturing and logistics management. His CWP responsibilities began in 1988 as head of supply chain management - purchasing, inventory control, production scheduling, and quality. Since 1994, he has been Operations Manager, responsible for all CWP manufacturing operations. During this time, he has played an instrumental role in ensuring quality, delivery, and productivity as the business expanded, including a tripling of production capacity and the integration of interdivision sewing operations. Prior to joining the company, he held management positions at Streamway, a former Scott Fetzer company, as well as at Creative Light and Sound, a supplier of equipment to the entertainment industry.
