Eric Stegens: Product Manager, Floorcare

Eric Stegens has been with CWP since 1979. He started out working his senior year in the tool room through the high school co-op program. He then moved onto being a floor supervisor in-charge of bristled steel tape products and later moved into a supervisor position working with the daily brush roll manufacturing operations. In 1988 he moved into engineering and was in charge of the set up and running of the new CAD operations for CWP. Eric has been involved in all aspects of new floorcare product development, redesign of existing products and tooling. He has several patents for advanced product performance in brush roll cleanability. In 2005, Eric was named as the new manager of CWP engineering. He succeeded his father, who retired in 2006 after 45 years of service with CWP.
